I acknowledge receipt of the company's personnel policies and I acknowledge that I have read the Notice To Employees contained therein. I further acknowledge that no promises have been made to me concerning my employment relationship with the company and I understand that I am an employee at will and may be terminated at any time, unless other agreed to in writing and acknowledged by the General Manager of the company.
